On Wednesday 27th April, Simon King from Restaurant 1861 will be cooking with asparagus. Participating producers include Wernddu Cider, Clams Cakes, Blaenafon Cheddar, Ancre Hill Estates, The Burren Bread Co and Penderyn Whiskey.
In May, Iain Sampson from Peterstone Court Hotel will be cooking new-season lamb from their Home Farm. Participating producers will include Mark Coulson of Sugarloaf Catering (who will be giving a tasting of salmon fish-cakes); Black Mountain Smokery; Blaenafon Cheddar, The Burren Bread Co and Penderyn Whiskey. Don't miss this on the 18th!
Wesley Harris from The Charthouse will be cooking Pork on the Barbecue on Wednesday 15th May. Participating producers will include Trealy Farm, Troggi Cider/Perry, Usk River Chutneys, Welsh Farmhouse Apple Juice, Blaenafon Cheddar, The Burren Bread Co and Penderyn Whiskey.
Gary Nugent from The Crown at Pantygelli will be cooking unusual varieties of Fish on the barbecue on the 20th July. Participating producers will include Chepstow Cupcake Company, Blaenafon Cheddar, Avril's Country Kitchen, Ancre Hill Estates, The Burren Bread Co and Penderyn Whiskey.
