Get your crazy gloves on and spongy helmets for a charity edition of "It's a Knockout"! Come along to Caerleon RFC for a game of fun and frivolity and prove your team has the wiles and skills to demolish all opposition!
If you don't want to compete, then come along anyway to watch and laugh at everyone. Did I say laugh at them? I mean cheer them on and encourage them! With live entertainment, rugby, a 'zumbathon', teddy bear picnics and family activities it is a great day out!
The Competition is on behalf of St. Davids Foundation Hospice care, and a minimum of £550 per team (just £60 per person!) is required to enter. So have fun, and provide for a great charity at the same time. For details on the ever fascinating rules and regulations, visit their website.
